This is local,why is this not news,was this man resisting...hell no.Who's life was in danger?.How do we turn and use oh well he had a little pot,so this mean im a bad guy because i choose to use marijauna?...You know as well as we do they did this man wrong...as stated how does a cop fabricate a police report to cover they ass.when the police report is transperent[ meaning you read between the lines...The best part of all they never seen the video before they ran and commited perjury,my point why is it they we can prove this mans inocents,but you the public don't believe cop's can be the biggest crooks[as you see].This officer from CMHA POLICE is seen smacking Eugene Billups while in handcuffs at 49 seconds into the clip.This was so bad of a ass woping that family and friends called the central holding jail to see if i died....paper trail would verify all the facts including past and present altercations withy this police department,including eye wittnesses from each and every altercation from hospital visits etc...So the records that are family sent over to Mr.Gallek,showed to much,his excuse was the marijauna that everyone has tried at one point in there lifetime...It's a shame that you people are so racist that you would say a human being deserves to be tased ten times because the police made up some kinda excuse to come on private property to harass and beat this man.the notion that this wasn't you,or that who cares tude is foul.It is what it is,this department is known to lie,and entrap..honestly if this was all legit,why when the civil lawyer asked for the police report they made every excuse that could be made about not being able to produce the police report,and when the did the report didn't contain any of the arresting officers names or badge numbers[ red flag].Well since they didn't add any names we will,the officer doing the tasering is Det.Clinton Ovalle,Det.Azzono..the other cop is the one who smacked him..again why are we blind this is injustice at its best.This man is human and deserves to have his story heard,instead of them talking about a dog,or story's that doesn't have anything to do with clevelanders way of life,so for the media not to cover this,and continue to be bias.are people need a voice...God bless everyone tonite.  spread the word....CMHA POLICE ARE CORUPT ASK ANYONE TRUST US.....GOOD DAY
